Customize search page layout

How to customize the search page interface to fit your preferences and needs

Updated over 6 months ago

Card/Table Mode

Search results are displayed in table view by default, but you can switch to card mode for a different layout.

Table layout

Table view allows you to see more information at once, and makes it easy to compare different information in your list.

  1. Customize the displayed columns by managing their properties and rearranging their order.

  2. Adjust column widths to ensure the text fits properly.

  3. Access additional context for each property.

Customize table columns

In the modal box, you can search or browse properties on the left.

  • Select the checkbox next to a property to add it to your selected columns.

  • To reorder a column, click and drag the property.

  • To remove a column, click the X next to it.

  • To remove all selected columns at once, click Remove all columns.

  • To view more details about a property, click the info icon next to its name.

  • Tip
If you often use a specific table configuration, save it as a view after applying your changes for quick and easy access in the future.

Customize Key Filters

You can customize key filters for each view by selecting relevant dropdown-type properties.

In the filter panel, click the settings icon next to Key filters to open the modal box and begin editing.

  • On the left side, use the Filter Options column to search or browse properties and select the filters you want to set as key filters.

  • On the right side, reorder columns by clicking and dragging properties, or remove them as needed.

  • Tip
After applying filters, save your changes as a view, as key filter settings aren't saved automatically.

Only administrators can modify key filters for default views, and any changes made will affect all users.

Grouping

Group results into virtual folders for easier browsing. The grouping options adjust based on your search filters and the properties enabled for each asset type.
