Check your company firewall settings
Check your company firewall settings
When you are connected to your company VPN, you are technically inside the office network and all the Firewall Rules and ACLs applied on your company network are now applicable to your PC via VPN.
Check with your network administrator if dscribedata.com domains are allowed within your network.
To quickly check if your firewall is the issue, try to connect to our application using your own home internet or a WiFi hotspot from your phone.
Creating a hotspot on Iphone/Ipad:
Go to Settings > Personal Hotspot > Allow Others to Join and toggle it to on (if you don't see Personal Hotspot in Settings, tap Cellular > Personal Hotspot). Make note of the Wi-Fi password.
Creating a hotspot on Android:
Samsung phones hide this option under Connections > Mobile Hotspot and Tethering > Mobile Hotspot. Google's Pixel has it under Network & internet > Hotspot & tethering > Wi-Fi hotspot. Those with a Motorola phone can open Settings > Network & internet > Hotspot & tethering.
