When you experience an issue, you can ask the support team to have a look. They will investigate further and circle back to you with feedback.
There are 2 ways to submit an issue:
Option 1 - when your dScribe application is available - via Intercom
Submit an issue directly from dScribe via the help button in the bottom right corner:
Option 2 - when your dScribe application is not available - via e-mail
If you are not able to submit your issue via option 1, you can send an email to [email protected].
Guidelines for submitting issues
Before submitting an issue, have a look at the Troubleshooting page to see if you cannot solve the issue without help.
When submitting an issue, the better the support team understands the context of your issue, the faster they will be able to provide you with a solution. Whenever possible, always try to include:
a brief explanation of the issue
printscreen(s) or a video recording -> when submitting an issue via the Help button in dScribe, these options are available
