You can mark assets as favorites for quick access, making it easier to find important assets without searching the entire catalog.
Followed assets are unique to each user, providing a personalized experience.
Mark an asset as a favourite
To mark an asset as a favorite, follow these steps:
Go to the Asset detail page.
In the top-right corner of the page, look for the star icon.
Click the star icon to mark the asset as a favourite.
Once an asset is favorited, it will appear in your list of followed assets.
Find your followed assets
You can easily find your followed assets.
On the homepage: You'll see a box with your recently followed assets. You can click directly on an asset card, or hover over the box to reveal a "See All" link that redirects you to the search page.
Search page: When searching for assets, use the "Followed" filter to quickly find your favorites.
On your profile page: All of your followed assets will be listed here for easy access.
Configure notifications for followed assets
After following an asset on the Asset detail page, you can manage notifications to receive updates about changes, comments, or removals related to the asset. By default, notifications are turned off.
To configure notifications:
Go to the Asset detail page and click on the star icon.
From the dropdown menu, toggle the notification options you'd like to receive. This will allow you to get notifications when the asset is updated, commented on, or removed.
