Followed assets

You can follow assets for quick access

You can follow the assets you work with most often — a dashboard you check every week, a definition your team keeps referring to, a dataset you maintain — so they're never more than one click away.

Followed assets are personal: every user has their own list, and what you follow has no effect on what anyone else sees.

Following an asset

To start following an asset, open its detail page and click the star icon in the top-right corner. A confirmation banner appears, and the star fills in to indicate the asset is now on your list.

Finding your followed assets

From the homepage

The homepage includes a My followed assets panel listing the assets you've followed. Click any asset to jump straight to its detail page.

From the Search page

To run searches across only the assets you follow — or to combine "followed" with any other filter — use the Followed filter on the Search page:

  1. Open the Search page.

  2. Click + Add Filter and pick Followed.

  3. Set the value to Yes and click Apply.

Your results now contain only the assets you follow. From here you can refine further with any other filter (asset type, domain, validation status, …).

Tip: Combine the Followed filter with others to build personal custom views — for example, "Followed = Yes + Validation status = Not validated" surfaces every followed asset that still needs documentation, and saving that as a private view turns it into a one-click to-do list.
